Please be advised that we will be switching all processing to our DR data centre beginning at 1 AM AST (5:00 UTC) on Saturday, November 23rd. While the process only takes a few minutes, we anticipate that processing may be briefly impacted during this transition and when we switch back to the production data centre. It might be best to plan for a brief processing interruption at approximately 1 AM and 2 AM.

This test is an essential part of our commitment to ensure the resilience and reliability of our services.

There is no action required by you provided that your system is using the URL prefixed with https://gateway.ptranz.com or https://marlin.firstatlanticcommerce.com and not hardcoded to use an IP address to send transactions to our gateway.

Our team will be on site during the change and will be providing updates if necessary. We thank you for your continued support and please advise if you have any questions.

We would like to advise you that there is currently an issue which is affecting transaction processing through First Citizens Bank.

At this time, affected transactions may be declining with the following response codes: 91-TimeOut, 96-System Malfunction, 98-Host Unreachable or 30-Format Error.

The underlying issue is currently being investigated.

We will advise you once we’ve received confirmation that ability to process transactions has been restored.
